Qualified
Service & Support Partners
All Pond PCS
products are supported through the TEC-Net network (technical &
education consultants network). TEC-Net is a nationwide network
of service and training professionals that meet or exceed a stringent set
of Pond PCS competence standards. TEC-Net members are factory
trained and authorized annually to perform all on-site troubleshooting and
repairs for the entire array of Pond PCS products. TEC-Net providers log,
report, and perform all work in strict compliance with the Pond PCS, Q.C.S.
handbook (quality and competence standards). Whether your system is in
need of complete renovation or course personnel require onsite product
training, the skill level of a Pond PCS TEC-Net provider will ensure comprehensive
technical assistance at all levels of complexity.
Pond PCS understands that water is the key element for successful turf
grass maintenance. Likewise, we understand that similar to operating
anything technical, your irrigation equipment may fail during crucial
watering periods. You will find that the Pond PCS TEC-Net service and response to
these time-critical situations is prompt and will continuously remain a
top priority while a solution is applied.
Preventative
Maintenance
Pond PCS equipment PM (preventative
maintenance) services are designed to save customers money. Our highly
trained TEC-Net service professionals perform a complete checklist of PM
task and furthermore collect all data specific to the current status of
your equipment. This data is subsequently entered into an electronic
customer database and is regularly reported to our customers. TEC-Net personnel utilize this valuable information to
identify repetitive equipment issues and ultimately minimize downtime and
unplanned repairs.
Most equipment wear conditions are tested for during a routine PM
service, therefore wear patterns can be detected and minimized, and a time until total
failure can be estimated. This early detection gives our customers an
opportunity to plan and budget for any necessary repairs, without
experiencing interruptions within the system during times of peak water
demand.
